Swedish Private Trainer Jonny has been helping high end clients loose weight for many years, this is your chance to get his help via online coaching and his very own app (included in the services) to help you keep track of your progress.

Once enrolled into the app and complete the introductory questionnaire. Within 24 hours he’ll create your very own personalized program which he will guide you through via email, but also push right into your app-account for a convenient way to keep track of your recipes, activity suggestions and weight loss journey. The recipes are based on a vegetarian diet, but will include seafood/poultry for those who want. There are also options for a vegan diet and allergies. The activities are meant to be enjoyable, no gym is needed and you’ll be able to reach your goals with activities such as powerwalks, yoga or group fitness classes - but also lets anyone who’s keen on strength training use the app while doing so. Three video workouts where you train along with Jonny are also included in the app (upper body, lower body and full body).

We integrate with the iphone health kit- we retrieve the number of steps you take during the day and display this on the diary page, but we do not record this information or save it in any way.

A kitchen scale is needed to weight the ingredients in the recipes to make sure you reach your results. The workouts included will help you reach your goals without needing a gym and does not include any advanced cardio, strength training or gym programs.
